COLOUR AND SIZE VARIATIONS
Please take note that all wooden laser cut products are created from responsibly sourced plywood. Due to the nature if this material, colour and surface texture can vary greatly from one piece to the next. Studio-M design will not be held responsible for any differences in colour and surface texture of the plywood, to those seen in product photograph. Due to the heat generated from the laser, it is a common design feature for any 'cut out' areas to have burn marks around the edges and sometimes the presence of a burnt wood smell. These are design traits of most laser cut created products, which we love, but we will do our best to minimise anything that looks unsightly on the design.
We do our best to match the photographs on the website as closely as possible to the product, however due to individual computer monitor settings, colours may vary slightly to the real product.

Terms & Conditions
** SHIPPING INFORMATION**
Items will be posted after payment is cleared.
For customised laser cut products, items will need to be fully paid for in advance, once artwork proof has been approved and signed off. We will email you a pdf of artwork to be agreed before any laser cutting is undertaken. Please allow 7-10 days delivery time, for personalised products, once proof has been agreed to.
For UK destinations, it will take 3-5 working days before you will receive your personalised design. All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class. We cannot guarantee Royal Mail delivery speed for first class so if you require speedy delivery, please use shipping upgrade.
For orders to other destinations than the UK, I will use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service, as standard. THIS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. I cannot be held responsible for items that get delayed at customs in your country. There may be Customs Fees for your country, and these are your responsibility to pay.
Shipping times are APPROXIMATELY:
United States & Canada: 7-10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
It is the customer’s responsibility to supply the correct address and to ensure that they are available to sign for the parcel on delivery. I cannot be held responsible if the package remains undelivered due to incorrect addresses or the item being uncollected from a local depot. If the item is returned to me, I will refund the cost of the product (for non-personalised items only) but cannot refund the postage costs.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We think you’ll love your Studio-M Design, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase we do offer refunds and exchanges on all products except those that have been customised. For a refund please drop us an email to let us know that you are returning the product then ship the unused item in its original packaging to us at Studio-M Design. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and we do not issue refunds until it has arrived back with us. Alternatively, if you would prefer an exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.
Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 working days of delivery, and you have notified us via email 24 hours after receiving the parcel. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
